Subject: Christmas.
Totally random e-mail, I know, but I need HELP.
I don't want to get Sarah any gifts for Christmas if you've already beaten me to the punch! Plus I need some suggestions. I'm an awful holiday shopper. And, of course, I also have to buy you a gift and you haven't told me what you want yet.
So this is my grand way of saying hop too, Mr. Jones!

Good evening.
As per request (read: demand), I have decided to put on a little get-together at my apartment next Friday evening. The original plan was to watch old-school Star Trek for a few hours, but I've been told that that... probably wouldn't be the best way to draw in a crowd of people. So instead, I propose one of three things to be done on this spectacular evening: a rousing game of Dungeons & Dragons, a creatively competitive night of Trivial Pursuit, or a whole bunch of Mystery Science Theatre!
Of course, there will be wine. And various foods and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Make sure to R.S.V.P. for the event, so that I know how much food to prepare and how much more wine to buy.
On a completely unrelated note; the library is not a place for you to fool around in. Really. I work there. It's sacred. Treat it as such!
